Aracha Cholitgul (b.1988) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Bangkok, Thailand. Cholitgul is interested in personal stories, intimacy, and uncertainties. Her works explore the blurry area of meanings, using tactile mediums including writing, painting, drawing, sculpting. Cholitgul earned her BA in Ceramics from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand in 2010. Her work has been featured in a group exhibition at Long March Project ‘The Deficit Faction’ in 2019. Cholitgul was selected for Brandnew Art Project 2017 curated by Heyman Oo, and Rikuzentakata Artist in Residence (2019). She self-published a few artist books including Myopia’s Love Life (2021), The Book of Enlightenment - Limits (2018), and That Obscure, Useless Thing (2017).
